Cybio FeliX – NGS library preparation

Automated NGS library preparation using the CyBio FeliX units allows preparation of up to 2x96 libraries in 3 days. Offered solution uses Illumina DNA Library prep with Enrichment kit. Other NGS library protocols can be adapted on request. The system is suitable as well for other laboratory routine work.

Main features:

• Compact design (650 x 650 x 450 mm) - fits perfectly on each lab bench
• Unique deck design with 12 positions on two levels
• Automatic adapter change and identification as well as tip ejection within a method
• Automatic tip pick-up from tip box and disposal to waste using adapter
• Up to 3 CyBio-FeliX Basic Units with Enclosure, incl. CyBio FeliX Heads (R 96/60 μl and R96/250 μl)
• Up to 3 comupters, incl. software (CyBio Composer, Application Studio, DNA Library Prep protocol)
• 8-Channel Adapters, Grippers, BioShakes, Magnet adapters and other accessories
• Smaller throughput (96 samples) possible to run on a single unit with longer turnaround time.
