		1. SpeedSTAR DNA Polymerase
SpeedSTAR DNA polymerase is optimised for fast PCR and dramatically reduces time needed for PCR reaction. For efficient amplification of broad range of template sizes, two buffers (I and II) are supplied. This polymerase is compatible with standard PCR machines.
Main Features:
- Suitable for amplification of large DNA fragments
- Extension rate as fast as 10 sec/kb
- Robust performance, comparable to high yield polymerases
- Amplification of fragments up to 20 kb long in 30 minutes

- Polymerase supplied with Fast Buffer I & II (with Mg2+), dNTP mixture
2. SapphireAmp Fast PCR Master Mix
Specifically designed for fast and streamlined PCR. It is suitable for Colony PCR. Maximum template length is 6 kb, while 2 kb targets can be amplified in one hour. Restriction enzyme digestion of the PCR products can be performed directly in the PCR buffer, if needed.
Main features:
- PCR reactions completed in half the time required
- Convenient – eliminates purification steps
- No reduction in yield
- Includes gel loading dye
- Applications in Hot start and Colony PCR

3. TaKaRa Z-Taq DNA Polymerase
Takara Z-Taq DNA Polymerase is designed for rapid PCR template amplification with rate of 1 kb of genomic DNA fragment per 20 minutes. It can amplify longer amplicons with up to 20 kb (lambda DNA).

- Suitable for fast PCR
- Extension rate: 1kb/20 minutes
- Two-step amplification protocol
- Amplification of up to 20 kb long fragments

TaKaRa Z-Taq™ DNA Polymerase
- Kit includes separate tubes of enzyme, buffer (includes Mg2+), and dNTPs
