		1. PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase
PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase is specifically designed for amplification of difficult samples such as GC-rich sequences, excess template, long amplicons. Maximal amplification template length is 30 kb. To increase specificity and sensitivity hot-start antibody is integrated in the mix.
Main Features:
- Amplification of products up to 30 kb (human genomic DNA), 40 kb (lambda DNA), or 13.5 kb (human cDNA)
- Antibody-mediated hot-start formulation
- High tolerance for GC-rich templates
- Tolerant to excess nucleic acids templates

2. PrimeSTAR HS with GC buffer
Polymerase PrimeSTRAR HS with GC buffer is designed for amplification of targets with GC-pair content of 75% or greater. It is paired with GC buffer for accurate PCR reaction with GC rich templates. Polymerase can amplify targets up to 5 kb long. It is suitable for cloning or library construction where high accuracy and high specificity are required.
Main Features:
- Error rate: 25 errors per 304 kb when using GC-rich template DNA
- Works with GC content higher than 75%
- High-GC human genomic DNA targets up to 5 kb
- Fast reaction time
- Antibody-mediated hot-start technology included
STANDARD VERSIONS:
PrimeSTAR® HS DNA Polymerase with GC Buffer
- Polymerase supplied with 2X PrimeSTAR GC Buffer (Mg2+ plus) and dNTP Mixture in separate tubes
3. LA Taq DNA polymerase with GC buffers
LA Taq DNA polymerase combined with GC buffers allows amplification of targets with GC pair content of up to 73%. Template length depends on used buffer, for GC Buffer I is recommended ≥5 kb in length and for GC Buffer II fragments that are 2–3 kb in length are recommended.
Main Features:
- Long and accurate PCR amplification of genomic DNA targets (long-range PCR)
- GC Buffers I & II for amplification of templates with high GC content and/or significant secondary structure
- Works with GC content of up to 73%
- High-GC DNA targets with ≥5 kb

TaKaRa LA Taq® DNA Polymerase with GC Buffer
- TaKaRa LA Taq DNA Polymerase supplied with two GC Buffers and dNTP mixture in separate tubes
4. Advantage GC 2 polymerase mix
Polymerase mix is specially formulated to amplify GC-rich templates and includes blend of Advantage 2 enzyme mix and GC-Melt Reagent and a reaction buffer containing DMSO. It allows amplification of targets with up to 90% of GC content. Templates should be up to 6 kb long.

- Optimized for use with complex, GC-rich cDNA and genomic DNA templates
- Generates error-free PCR products
- Amplifies targets of up to 6 kb
- GC content up to 90%

Advantage® GC 2 Polymerase Mix
- Separate tubes of GC 2 PCR buffer and GC-Melt are supplied with the polymerase mix
Advantage® GC 2 PCR Kit
- Includes the enzyme blend, GC buffers, and dNTPs, plus GC-rich control template and primers
5. Advantage GC Genomic LA Polymerase Mix
These mixes are designed for long and accurate PCR reaction of up to 30 kb long complex templates and up to 48 kb long less complex DNA templates. Advantage GC Genomic LA Polymerase Mix can handle GC-rich sequences (up to 90% GC).
Main Features:
- Amplify products as large as 48 kb
- 6.5X higher fidelity than wild-type Taq DNA polymerase
- Amplify regions of GC-rich DNA, such as a 1.9-kb region of the TGF-beta gene (GC content = 69%), from as little as 10 pg of template
- Antibody-mediated hot start
- Advantage GC-Melt Buffer system weakens base pairing in GC-rich sequences
