1. DYE-BASED DETECTION
TB Green Premix Ex Taq II FAST qPCR
Kit contains mutant Taq DNA polymerase – Ex Taq, which is suitable for high-speed PCR reactions. In the mix the TB Green intercalating dye is added for Real time PCR applications. To reach higher inhibitor stability, Tli RNaseH and UNG are part of the mix.

TB Green Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNase H Plus)
TB Green Premix Ex Tay (Tli RNase H Plus) is suitable for most real-time PCR applications such as gene expression analyses or genotyping. Also, 2X Takara Ex Taq HS enzyme premix contains Tli RNase H, a heat-resistant RNase H for qPCR inhibition minimization. With this product conduct fast qPCR reactions are possible.

- RNase H included in reaction mix: reduces inhibition from mRNA/cDNA hybrids
- Eliminates need for RNase H digestion step: when using low RNase H RTs

Thanks to the improved buffer system this product has improved reaction specificity compared to the TB Green Premix Ex Taq II (Perfect Real Time). Works with broad range of sample concentrations. This product suppresses the formation of primer dimers, making accurate, quantitative analysis possible.

Terra qPCR Direct TB Green Premix
2X master mix that lets you perform real-time PCR (qPCR) directly on crude extracts or dirty samples (such as mouse tail and ear biopsies, or leaf cuttings). Terra PCR Direct polymerase works with targets with high GC-pair content (up to 70 %) and with length of up to 2 kb.

TB Green Premix Ex Taq II (Tli RNase H Plus)
Premix suitable for amplification, where high sensitivity is needed. It suppresses primer dimer amplification. Tli RNase H Plus degrades residual mRNA in the input cDNA and therefor lowers the qPCR inhibition. Premix can be used for amplification of targets with high GC-pair content.
