One-Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Kit
2X concentrated mastermix combines heat resistant reverse transcription polymerase PrimeScript III RTase and Takara Taq HS DNA polymerase. Both, reverse transcription and qPCR can be run in single tube. Available also in 5x concentrated version with improved limit of detection.

Kit is designed for direct RT-qPCR reaction with probe detection. There is no need for nucleic acid extraction or purification prior the reaction. Kit is suitable for detection of pathogens, including viruses and bacteria, in various biological specimens and to directly analyze gene expression in cells.
