CellAmp Direct TB Green RT-qPCR Kit
Tool designed for simple two-step RT-qPCR reaction. The formulation does not require RNA extraction and reverse transcription can be performed directly from animal cell samples (e.g., adherent cells, suspension cells, primary cells, various stem cells, and iPS cells). Also, effective elimination of genomic DNA is possible.
Main features:
- Works with crude samples
- Reverse transcription reactions and gene expression analysis in 1.5 hours
- Lysates can be stored for a long time (-20°C per 6 months at least)
- Resistant to PCR inhibitors
- Suitable for samples with high GC pair content
