Stem cell pluripotency status check kit with PCR primers

This kit contains all reagents necessary for pluripotency confirmation of mouse embryonic stem (ES) or induced pluripotent (iPS) cells. Detection is based on detection of expression of nine genes, which are expressed in pluripotent cells. Also, two controls are included. Product is divided into two parts, which are sold separately – kit and primer set.

Mouse Feeder Cell Quantification Kit

Define the stem cell culture quality by measurement of mouse feeder cell (MEF) contamination. Kit is effective for detection and quantification of genomic DNA derived from residual mouse feeder cells by using real-time PCR to analyze genomic DNA extracted from stem cell cultures. The Mouse Feeder Cell Quantification Kit includes real-time PCR primers necessary for reaction.

Human Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) Monitoring Primer Set

Kit is designed for quantification the relative number of copies of human mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) by real-time PCR, using nuclear DNA (nDNA) content as a standard. Can be used even in cultures with mouse feeder cells. Primer set has been designed to be used with Terra qPCR Direct TB Green Premix or TB Green Premix Ex Taq II (Tli RNaseH Plus) Real-Time PCR mixes.

Main features:

• Primers for mtDNA (ND1, ND5) and two nDNA (SLCO2B1, SERPINA1) targeting
• Specific to human mtDNA and will not amplify pseudogenes
