Embgenix GT-omics Kit incorporates DNA/RNA enrichment and PicoPLEX® whole-genome amplification (WGA), SMART-Seq® cDNA synthesis technologies to generate Illimuna compatible DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq libraries from the same sample. Kit has been validated for single cell inputs, especially for trophectoderm biopsy samples of 3–5 cells. For data analysis we provide easy-to-use Embgenix Analysis Software for CNV analysis and Cogent NGS tools for differential expression analysis.
