Takara Bio mRNA-Seq kits are based on the SMART (Switching Mechanism at 5' End of RNA Template) technology for cDNA synthesis, which enable capturing the entire sequence of the mRNA transcript. Kits provide high-quality RNA-seq data from low input material amounts and are robust and easy to use. Obtained sequencing libraries are compatible with Illumina platforms. Takara Bio also provides user-friendly bioinformatics software Cogent for rapid data analysis and visualization.
Main features:
- Provide full length transcript information
- Single-tube protocol for minimal sample loss
- Works with ultra-low and single-cell inputs
- Full length oligo(dT) priming
- With compatible UDIs can be multiplexed up to 384 samples
- Libraries compatible with Illumina sequencing platforms
