Total RNA-Seq

Takara Bio total RNA-seq kits allows generation of libraries from inputs of varying quantity of RNA, which makes them suitable for work with degraded samples such as FFPE. Kits use random hexamers for priming to generate transcriptomic data from an RNA sample
