 
				Trekker Single-Cell Spatial Mapping Kit
First true single-cell mapping kit
 
		Trekker enables generation of spatially tagged, isolated single nuclei. To capture these nuclei a compatible single-cell platform needs to be used. Kit works with 25 µm of fresh frozen tissue section inputs, which is marked with unique spatial barcodes using UV lamp. The barcodes are then read via NGS. After the bioinformatical analysis user obtains spatial map with true single-cell resolution. Kit is also available as Starter kit bundles (including UV lamp) and training kits for easier optimization.
Main features:
- Input: 25 µm fresh frozen tissue section
- Simple 1-hour workflow with no need of specialized devices
- Required instruments: Cryostat, single-cell sequencing platform, and NGS sequencer
- No deconvolution, no segmentation, and no complex algorithms
- Validated with various Single-cell assays such as 10x Chromium 3′ (v3.1 and v4), BD Rhapsody WTA or Parse Evercode WT
