		Cloning Vectors
Wide range of cloning vectors suitable for any application

		E. coli-yeast shuttle vectors
- pAUR vector series (pAUR101 DNA, pAUR112 DNA, pAUR123 DNA, pAUR1135 DNA, pAUR224 DNA, pAUR316 DNA)
- Constructed for a particular application such as marker removal or chromosomal integration
- For: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Schizosaccharomyces, Saccharomyces pombe or Aspergillus nidulan
In-Fusion REady Fluorescent Protein Vectors
- Prelinearized version of popular DsRed-Monomer-N1/C1 and AcGFP1-N1/C1 for fast and efficient PCR cloning using In-Fusion
- One step and flexible reaction allowing parallel cloning of fusion proteins with different colours at either N- or C- terminus
Chloramphenicol Resistant pUC Vectors
- Vectors pHSG396 and pHSG398 contain the chloramphenicol resistance gene
- Suitable for lac promoter enabled target gene cloning and expression
- Suitable for DNA sequencing using an M13 primer or Long DNA sequencing
DNA Cloning Vectors
- Can be used for wide range of cloning reactions
- See the vectors:
- pKF 18k-2/19k-2 DNA
- pSTV 28/29 DNA
- pTV118N DNA
- pTWV228 DNA
- pUC118 DNA

Kanamycin Resistant pUC Vectors
- Vectors pHSG298 and pHSG299
- Contain origin of replication (ori), and the beta-galactosidase coding gene lacZ
- Enable high target gene expression
pUC118 and pUC119 Vectors
- Bacteriophage packaging of vectors contains an intergenic region of the M13 phage DNA,
- Enabling their replication in the form of single stranded DNA once transformed into bacteria with the helper phage M13K07
pUC18 and pUC19 Plasmids
- Enable successful cloning of larger DNA fragments than the M13 mp18 RF Phage Vector
T-Vectors pMD20 and pMD19 for TA Cloning
- T-Vectors are linearized PCR cloning vectors (EcoRV cleaved)
- Have single 3’-terminal thymidine residues (dT) at both ends
- T-overhangs at the cloning site improve the efficiency of ligation of PCR products that contain dA-overhangs
Pyrithiamine Vectors
- Contain an ampicillin resistance gene as the selection marker for E.coli and pyrithiamine resistance gene as the selection marker for Aspergillus
Aureobasidin A Vectors
- The pAUR vector series include six E. coli yeast shuttle vectors
- Each constructed for a particular application in either:
- Saccharomyces cercevisiae
- Schizosaccharomyces
- Saccharomyces pombe
- Aspergillis nidulans

- Include a novel drug resistance selective marker that confers:
- Aureobasidin A resistance in transformed yeast
- Filamentous fungal species
