Variety of edited cell lines

Horizon Discovery provides thousands of ready-to-use cell lines and customized cell engineering services. Choose from wide range of CRISPR ready cell lines, cancer-related cell models or HAP 1 knockout cell lines or create your own cell line in cooperation with us.

1) READY-TO-GO CELL LINES

Wide selection of validated cell knockout models, point mutations or Cas9 dCas9-VPR expression cell lines. All cell lines are ready to be shipped.

HAP1 knockout cell lines

More than 7500 cell lines suitable for variety of applications from TIDVAL to antibody validation. Parenteral cell lines are also available. Provided are HAP1 double knockout cell lines as part of this catalogue.

Cancer-related cell lines

There are over 300 edited models available, including cell lines DLD1, MCF10 and HCT116. Knock in models have modifications such as insertions, base pair changes, deletions, truncations, FLAG-tagged proteins for purification. To each model parenteral cell line is supplied as additional control.

"CRISPR-ready" Cas9 stable cell lines

Available are sell lines for both CRISPR knockout and CRISPR activation. Cells provide stable expression of Cas9, there is no need for adding more nuclease. Only gene specific guide RNA must be transfected into the cells for the experiment.

2) CUSTOMIZED CELL LINES

Horizon discovery also provides cell engineering services. Modified cell lines can be manufactured form one provided by customer. After the manufacturing all products are validated for targeted edit with Sanger sequencing.
