innuPREP DNase I Digest Kit

• Removes contaminating DNA from RNA samples
• Can be integrated into RNA extraction process
• DNAse I is applied directly to the spin filter and then additional washing step is performed
• Starting material: RNA samples contaminated with DNA
• Preparation time: 20 minutes (digestion only)

innuPREP DOUBLEpure Kit (PCR Reaction and Gel Clean Up)

• Designed for DNA fragment extraction from gel (TAE or TBE) or PCR product purification
• Also suitable for NGS reaction mix purification
• Starting material: PCR reactions, Agarose gel (TAE or TBE)
• Extraction time:
  • PCR purification: approx. 3 minutes (2-step process)
  • Gel extraction: approx. 20 minutes
  • Sequencing reaction purification: approx. 2 minutes (2-step process)
• Fragment length:
  • PCR-purification: > 60 bp – 30 kb
