RNA extraction from various starting materials
 
		Wide range of kits for effective isolation of RNA from different sample types. Kits use patented Dual-Chemistry Technology for rapid lysis and efficient binding. Extraction method is based on the use of Spin Filters or Magnetic beads.
1) SPIN FILTER-BASED EXTRACTION

- Simultaneous isolation of DNA and RNA from ticks
- Starting material: Ticks
- Average yield: Depends on the type and quantity of the sample used
- Extraction time: Less than 1 hour (including lysis)
innuPREP RNA Mini Kit 2.0
- All-rounder kit for the extraction of total RNA
- Starting material: Tissue, eukaryotic cells, yeast & bacterial cell culture or pellets (gram+ & gram-), biopsies
- Average yield: Up to 100 μg RNA
- Extraction time: Approx. 15 - 40 min

- Extraction of small RNA molecules (mRNA, tRNA, rRNA and snRNA)

2) MAGNETIC BEADS BASED EXTRACTION

- Without usage of toxic solvent
- No deparaffinisation step needed
- Starting material: FFPE (formalin fixed paraffin embedded) tissue
- Extraction time: approx. 120 minutes

- Bacterial/Viral DNA and RNA extraction from from various cell-free body fluid

- Isolation of DNA and RNA from sewage water samples

- Starting material: Sewage water (supernatant and the sediment alone or both combined could be used for extraction)
