		IST Innuscreen kits are compatible with KingFisher ml and KingFisher Flex platforms. Kits were optimized for a variety of different starting materials. Automated tools for isolating high-quality nucleic acids are based on magnetic beads or unique Smart Modified Surfaces.

- Ideally suited for veterinary diagnostics
- Starting material: Cell-free body fluids & cell culture (incl. supernatant or medium), blood (fresh or frozen), faecal samples, swabs, organ tissue
- Average yield: Depending on sample quality/quantity
- Extraction time: Approx. 60 min
innuPREP Blood DNA Kit - KFFLX
- Extraction of DNA from whole blood samples
- Starting material: Whole blood samples, fresh or frozen blood (stabilizers: EDTA or citrate)
- Average yield: Up to 10 µg DNA
- Extraction time: Approx. 37 minutes and lysis approx. 25 minutes

2) SMART EXTRACTION
The method does not need phenol/chloroform, ion exchanger, silica materials, spin filter columns or magnetic particles.
Main features:
- Eliminates the need for centrifugation or magnetic instruments
- The whole process is performed in one SmartExtraction Tip (SE Tip)
- SE Tip contains a material with unique Smart Modified Surfaces which adsorbs genomic DNA
- Entire workflow is much faster and easier than using the conventional methods
- The unique extraction chemistry in combination with Smart Modified Surfaces is optimized to get maximum of yield and quality

- DNA extraction from whole blood samples
- Specifically designed for isolation of high molecular weight DNA
