Highly sensitive and specific antibodies detect for proteins bearing the histidine tag that they were raised against, in Western blot, ELISA, and immunocytohistochemical assays. 

 

6xHis Monoclonal Antibody (Albumin-Free)

• IgG2a isotype from mouse ascites fluid
• Provides a high signal-to-noise ratio, and can detect as little as 1 ng of 6xHis-tagged protein
• It comes in a salt-free form for added stability
• Antibody-protein complexes can be visualized using any labeled secondary antimouse antibody

 

6xHis Monoclonal Antibody-HRP Conjugate

• Antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) 
• HRP conjugate can be used to detect and visualize 6xHis-tagged proteins
• Using chemiluminescent, colorimetric, or fluorometric substrates without requiring a secondary antibody

 

6xHN Polyclonal Antibody (Albumin-Free)

• Albumin-free rabbit polyclonal antibody
• For the detection of 6xHN-tagged recombinant protein
• Can be used for Western blotting and ELISA applications

 

c-Myc Monoclonal Antibody

• c-myc monoclonal mouse antibody
• Recognizes an epitope located within residues 410–419 of the human p62-c-Myc protein.
• Suitable for immunoprecipitation of c-myc-tagged fusion proteins from cell lysates, ELISA, immunocytochemistry of microinjected or transfected cells, and localization of c-myc-tagged proteins.

 

HA-Tag Polyclonal Antibody

• Was raised in rabbits against a synthetic HA peptide (YPYDVPDYA, the hemagglutinin epitope of human influenza A virus) and purified using protein A 
• This purified antibody is suitable for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and ELISA applications
