		1. PrimeScript RTase
This recombinant and modified MMLV reverse transcriptase is efficient for preparation of cDNA up to 12 kb in length. PrimeScript is suitable for all applications where full-length DNA is required including cDNA library preparation or RT-qPCT.
Main Features:
- Works on challenging templates (GC rich templates and templates with high levels of secondary structure)
- Capable of extending up to 12 kb templates with minimal background
- cDNA synthesis and extension through complex RNA structure at 42 °C

2. PrimeScript II
PrimeScript II reverse transcriptase is suitable for long cDNA synthesis or long reverse transcription of RNA with high levels of secondary structure. Also, non-specific extension is inhibited by accessory protein.
Main Features:
- MMLV RNase H minus RTase with strong extension activity
- Rapid cDNA synthesis and extension at 42 °C
- Includes accessory protein
- Suitable for high-throughput: robust yield even after samples are pre-incubated on ice
- Higher yield during cDNA synthesis of long products relative to original PrimeScript RT

3. SMARTScribe
This modified MMLV reverse transcriptase performs unbiased cDNA synthesis. SMARTScribe generates long, full-length cDNA (up to 14.7 kb), but relative transcript proportions of the original RNA sample remain preserved.

4. SMART MMLV RT
SMART MMLV Reverse Transcriptase is an ultra-pure, recombinant Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus reverse transcriptase (MMLV RT). It helps prevent degradation of template RNA and still allows the synthesis of high quality, full-length cDNA (up to 11.7 kb) from almost any transcript.

5. MMLV RT, GPR
This ultra-pure recombinant MMLV reverse transcriptase is a registered general purpose reagent (GPR). MMLV RT, GPR is fully active RT that is free of exogenous RNases and other nucleases, so it prevents template RNA degradation. It allows synthesis of long, full-length cDNA of up to 11.7 kb in length.

6. AMV Reverse Transcriptase XL
AMV Reverse Transcriptase XL enables synthesis of full-length cDNA from single-stranded RNA, DNA, or RNA-DNA hybrid templates. It can be used over a temperature range of 37–55°C, but with optimal temperature between 41–44°C. It can be used for full-length cDNA synthesis from templates of up to 10 kb in length.
Main Features:
- Synthesize long, full-length cDNA up to 11.7 kb
- Requires a primer to initiate synthesis and Mg2+ or Mn2+ for activity
- Get full-length cDNA from single-stranded RNA, DNA, or RNA-DNA hybrid templates
- It has 5→3' ribonuclease H activity
