1) SPIN FILTER-BASED KITS
innuPREP DNA Mini Kit 2.0
- Fast genomic DNA extraction
- Starting material: Blood, fresh or frozen (RNA only fresh), eukaryotic cells, tissue, rodent tails, yeast & bacterial cell culture or pellets (gram+ & gram-), swabs
- Average yield: Up to 60 µg
- Extraction time: Approx. 8 minutes after lysis
deltaPREP Blood DNA Mini Kit (MDX)
- Specifically designed for DNA from whole blood samples of up to 400 μl
- CE-IVD certification
- Starting material: Blood, fresh or frozen (RNA only fresh)
- Average yield: Up to 30 µg
- Extraction time: Approx. 24 minutes, including lysis
innuPREP Blood DNA Mini Kit
- Extraction of DNA from whole blood samples of up to 400 μl

blackPREP Rodent Tail DNA Kit
- For DNA extraction from pieces of mouse and rat tails
- Starting material: Rodent (mouse or rat) tails
- Average yield: Mouse tail pieces (1.2 cm): 30 – 40 µg, Rat tail pieces (0.6 cm): 35 – 45 µg
- Extraction time: Approx. 9 minutes
- Lysis time: Between 1 and 3 hours max.

- Extraction time: 30 minutes of homogenization and lysis and approx. 16 minutes purification
2) MAGNETIC BEAD BASED EXTRACTION
innuPREP MP Basic Kit A
- Bacterial/Viral DNA and RNA extraction from from various cell-free body fluid
- Starting material: Serum, plasma, saliva, synovial fluids, cell culture (incl. supernatant or medium), swabs, stool samples
- Extraction time: Approx. 20 min. after lysis
innuPREP Sewage Water DNA/RNA Kit
- Isolation of DNA and RNA from sewage water samples
- Extraction from: Viruses, bacteriophages and free-circulating DNA/RNA (e.g. plasmid-associated DNA coding for bacterial resistances) in water
- Starting material: Sewage water (supernatant and the sediment alone or both combined could be used for extraction)
- Extraction time: 60 min. including all steps
3) SMART EXTRACTION
The method does not need phenol/chloroform, ion exchanger, silica materials, spin filter columns or magnetic particles.
Main features:
- Eliminates the need for centrifugation or magnetic instruments
- The whole process is performed in one SmartExtraction Tube (SE Tube)
- SE Tube contains a material with unique Smart Modified Surfaces which adsorbs genomic DNA
- Entire workflow is much faster and easier than using the conventional methods
- The unique extraction chemistry in combination with Smart Modified Surfaces is optimized to get maximum of yield and quality
