Enrichment of free-circulating nucleic acids from a large volume of starting materials
Polymer mediated enrichment is patented technology by IST Innuscreen for enrichment of free-circulating DNA or RNA. Nucleic acid molecules are captured by the special polymer and obtained by centrifugation as a pellet in the next step. Enrichment kits are compatible with appropriate nucleic acid extraction solutions.
PME Exosome Enrichment Kit
- Designed for fast and efficient exosome enrichment from various sample types
- Nucleic acid extraction chemistry not included
- Starting material: Serum, plasma, urine, cell culture (incl. supernatant or medium), ascites
- Preparation time: approx. 35-45 minutes

- Tool for DNA enrichment in food samples

- Preparation time: approx. 30-60 minutes

PME Food DNA Extraction Kit
- Complete solution for DNA enrichment and extraction from food samples
- Kit contains reagents for DNA extraction
- Starting material: Liquid and water-soluble samples (milk, milk powder, juice, wine, flour), solid food samples, processed food (sausage, chocolate, bread)
