IDEGFR for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)

  • Activating or resistance mutations of EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) 
  • Three kits:
    • SENSI-50 - activating mutations (L858R, L861Q and Del19)
    • RESIST-50 - mutations of resistance (T790M and C797S (cis/trans)
    • RARE-50 - activating mutations or rare mutations (S768I, G719X and ins20)

IDNRAS for tumor DNA

  • NRAS‘s mutations (NRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase)
  • Codons 12 and 13 of exon 2 and codon 61 of exon 3

IDKRAS for tumor DNA

  • KRAS‘s mutations (KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase)
  • Codons 12 and 13 of exon 2 and codon 61 of exon 3

IDBRAF for tumor DNA

  • Exon 15 of the BRAF gene from DNA of tumor origin
  • Amplify BRAF mutations at positions L597, A598, V600 and K601
  • With a distinction from the V600E mutation

IDPIK3CA for tumor DNA

  • Mutations in the PIK3CA gene 
  • Amplify the PIK3CA‘s mutations at E542K, E545K, Q546K, H1047R and H1047L

IDIDH1-2 for tumor DNA

  • Mutations in the IDH1 and IDH2 genes involved in the classification of brain tumors in adults
  • Amplify several variants in the both region of IDH1 (R132X) and IDH2  (R172X) 

IDH3F3A for tumor DNA

  • H3F3A‘s mutations for the classification of brain tumors
  • Amplify the H3F3A‘s mutations at positions K27M*, G34R* and G34V*

IDTERT for tumor DNA

  • TERT gene promoter mutations (telomere length deregulation)
  • Amplify TERT promoter mutations at positions C228T and C250T

IDBRAF-CNS for brain tumors

  • V600E mutation and the TKD duplication of the BRAF gene 
  • Amplify the V600E mutations (c.1799T>A) and the fusion of the KIAA1549-BRAF genes

IDFGFR1-CNS for in brain tumors

  • Recurrent mutations and tandem duplications in the TKD of FGFR1 gene
  • Amplify the N546K and K656E mutations, exon 8 and exon 16 of the FGFR1 gene
