General purpose library preparation for Illumina NGS platforms
Takara Bio DNA-Seq kits works with complicated samples such as FFPE DNA or cfDNA and are designed for construction of libraries compatible with Illumina platforms. Kits are based on ThruPlex technology, which enables preparation of high quality library from as little as 50 pg of input material. In the portfolio kits for work with fragmented DNA (50 bp) and even for work with intact DNA or ssDNA are included.
Main features:
- Fast and simple workflow 3 steps in a single tube
- Library prepared in about 2 hours with 15 minutes hands on time
- Single tube protocol lowers the risk of contamination and sample loss
- Leftover adapters are degraded post-ligation – no intermediate cleanup needed
