Specific consumables and PCR reagents for optimal performance of Crystal Digital PCR™ on the naica® and Nio™ systems

Chips:

Only a single pipetting step is required before processing in the instruments.

1) Sapphire

  • 4 samples / chip
  • Up to 30,000 droplets per sample
  • Reaction volume 25 µl

2) Ruby

  • 16 samples / chip
  • Up to 17,000 droplets per sample
  • Reaction volume 5 µl

PCR mixes:

Ready-to-use two-component mixes available in 5x and 10x concentration. PCR mixes do not include DNA primers, probes/intercalating dye and DNA template.

1) naica® multiplex PCR MIX 

  • For optimal TaqMan fluorescent probe-based Crystal Digital PCR™
  • Internal BLUE channel reference dye for partition detection and identification in the
  • High multiplexing capacity
  • Available for 150/750 (small) and 300/1500 (medium) reactions on Sapphire/Ruby chips

2) naica® PCR MIX 

  • Optimised for EvaGreen fluorescent intercalating dye-based Crystal Digital PCR™
  • Available for 300/1500 (medium) reactions on Sapphire/Ruby chips

1) naica® IQ/OQ Kit

  • Ready-to-use kit for routine OQ
  • Validated for use on both the naica® systems and Nio™ system
    • 24 reactions for two full OQ (using Sapphire Chips)
    • 96 reactions for one full OQ (using Ruby Chips)

2) EGFR 6-color Crystal Digital PCR™ Kit

  • Analysis of up to 32 somatic EGFR mutations in NSCLC (exons 18, 19, 20, and 21)
