One-Step TB Green PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit (Perfect Real Time)

This kit utalizes reverse transkriptase PrimeScript RTase and Takara Ex Taq HS DNA polymerase for RT-qPCR reaction in single tube. Premix contains TB Green intercalation dye for easy detection in real time.

Main features:

  • One-Step RT-PCR lowers pipeting and contamination risks
  • Uses PrimeScript RTase, a robust reverse transcriptase
  • Includes Ex Taq HS, a high efficiency hot start PCR enzyme to detect small amount of RNA

2. PROBE BASED DETECTION

One-Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Kit

2X concentrated mastermix combines heat resistant reverse transcription polymerase PrimeScript III RTase and Takara Taq HS DNA polymerase. Both, reverse transcription and qPCR can be run in single tube. Available also in 5x concentrated version with improved limit of detection.

  • No need for any preamplification

One-Step PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit

This complete kit utilizes PrimeScript reverse transcriptase and Takara Ex Taq PCR polymerase for RT-PCR reactions in sigle tube and single step. PrimeScript RTase is vieified to have low levels of RNase H and which exhibits an excellent extension rate and quick, full-length cDNA synthesis.

PrimeDirect Probe RT-qPCR Mix

Kit is designed for direct RT-qPCR reaction with probe detection. There is no need for nucleic acid extraction or purification prior the reaction. Kit is suitable for detection of pathogens, including viruses and bacteria, in various biological specimens and to directly analyze gene expression in cells.

Main features:

  • One-step RT-qPCR premix for ease of use
  • Strong thermostability
  • High tolerance for PCR inhibitors (e.g., heparin from blood and humic acid from soil)
  • Compatible with direct addition of crude extracted RNA or samples to reaction mix
