		Takara Bio kits for single-cell DNA-Seq library preparation are powered by PicoPLEX technology, which enables whole-genome amplification (WGA) with unsurpassed reproducibility and coverage uniformity. With low starting material amounts PicoPLEX based kits provide reliable results from challenging samples such as formalin-fixed single cells. PicoPLEX technology can also be used as standalone for non-NGS applications.
