		CHIP-Seq Protein-DNA Interaction
Protein-DNA interaction analysis of a genome using chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing

Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) has facilitated tremendous progress for epigenetics research. Given that many proteins of interest (e.g. transcription factors and modified histones) are associated with a limited number of specific genomic loci, the amount of DNA recovered by chromatin immunoprecipitation can be quite low, posing challenges for the generation of representative ChIP-seq libraries.
Main features:
- Reverse cross-link, elute, and purify DNA captured by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
- Ligation-free protocol
- Generates libraries in less than 4 hours
- Based on SMART technology
- No need for enzyme cleanup
AVAILABLE KITS:
DNA SMART ChIP-Seq Kit
- Inputs of 100 pg – 10 ng of single or double-stranded DNA
- Highly sensitive kit generates robust sequencing libraries from low-input DNA samples
- Illumina-ready sequencing libraries
- Multiplexing of up to 48 samples
ChIP Elute Kit
- Cross-link reversal and elution of ChIP DNA
- Replaces long and tedious protocols for the final stages of ChIP experiments
- ssDNA can be recovered in one hour compared to traditional methods that may require overnight incubation
- Directly compatible with the DNA SMART ChIP-Seq Kit
