- 10 copies/PCR for SARS-CoV-2 and K417N mutation
- 40 copies/PCR for L452R and E484K mutations

- Dual-detection for Influenza: matrix (MP) for Influenza A, non structural proteins (NSP) for Influenza B

ID One-step LysMix

- One additional step only to add 0.1 uL of the ID One-step LysMix into 8 uL of any PCR/qPCR mix
