DNA Ligation Kit for Long Fragments

DNA Ligation Kit Mighty Mix

• Single solution, ready to use 2x ligation mix
• High efficiency ligations, especially for blunt-ended ligations 
• This kit is suitable for ligation into TA-vectors
• Quick reaction time – at 25 °C in 5 minutes, at 16 °C for 30 minutes for both circular and linear DNA ligations 
• It is compatible with small ligation reaction volumes

Cassettes and Cassette Primers

• Can be used during PCR cloning of cDNA or genomic DNA
• In addition to cassette mediated PCR, these products

Blunt End Reagent Set
