CE-IvD kits designed for the highly sensitive quantification of Hepatitis Virus
RoboGene Kits are CE-IVD certified qPCR based detection systems for quantification of Hepatitis Virus. Kit includes lyophilized quantitation standards and Internal Control (IC Spiking Tube). As aa starting materiál DNA from human plasma and serum can be used. In this probe-based assays target is measured in FAM channel and Internal Control in VIC or Cy5 channel. For isolation of nucleic acids is recommended INSTANT Virus RNA/DNA Kit. Kits were validated on qTOWER³ as well as several other real-time PCR platforms.
