		SMARTer ICELL8 cx Single-Cell Analysis System
Single-cell analysis system for isolation and selection of cells of interest
 
		Advanced automation platform which integrates cells dispensing and imaging to achieve the isolation of single cells. The ICELL8 cx utilize 5,184-nanowell chips and large-bore nozzle dispenser to accommodate large cells without compromising their viability or transcriptome profile.
Main features:
- Up to 8 samples on each chip
- Usable cell size for unbiased cell isolation: 5–100 µm
- Isolation of 1,000–1,800 single cells in a 5,184-nanowell chip
- Rapid dispensing (15 min) and imaging (12 min)
- Many validated cell types (e.g. nuclei, cardiomyocytes, B lymphocytes, neurons, spheroids, etc.)
- Multiple imaging channels (red, blue, green)
- Choice of specific cells (cells of interest) to process using advanced imaging software
- Reagents optimized to enhance cell separation and viability
- Blank chips and preprinted chips for specific applications
- Flexibility to use pre-validated SMARTer NGS chemistries or developed custom applications
