The Cas9/sgRNA can be delivered into cells by all in one plasmid
The Guide-it CRISPR/Cas9 System is the simple method of plasmid delivery and is an efficient way how to deliver all in one vector.
- The vector includes sgRNA, Cas9 and fluorescent marker (dtTomato or ZsGreen1) for monitoring the transfection efficiency.
- Also possible to detect the transfected cells on flow cytometry using this method.
- Simple construction of the plasmid
- Complementary target sequence is cloned into the prelinearized vector using the included ligation reagents and Stellar competent cells which are the part of the kit.
