ICELL8 cx and ICELL8 Systems Features:
- Evaluation of up to 8 sample types or conditions on each chip
- Unbiased isolation of 1,000–1,800 single cells in a 5,184-nanowell chip
- Maximizing of throughput with rapid dispensing and imaging
- Analysis of cells with sizes of 5-100µm with unbiased cell isolation
- Isolation of various cells (e.g. nuclei, cardiomyocytes, B lymphocytes, neurons, spheroids, etc.)

MultiSample NanoDispenser (MSND)
- Deposits nanoliter volumes of cells and reagents into the ICELL8 Chip
- Capable of dispensing 8 unique samples evenly across the chip in 15 minutes
- Rapid dispensing helps to ensure cell viability throughout the cell isolation process
- Temperature and humidity controlled environment
Imaging Station
- Easy to use optical system, purpose-configured for the ICELL8 Chip
- Rapid image capture of individual wells on the chip
- Includes fluorescence detection of commonly used dyes in single cell research
- Designed to interface directly with CellSelect software
CellSelect Software
- Interrogates images of each well
- Evaluates parameters to determine the number of cells present and the cell viability state
- Identify wells with single cells and evaluate viability to recommend wells for downstream processing
