UVP Gel Compact is cellphone-driven bioimaging system for e.g. DNA and protein gels, colony plates, etc.
Main features of UVP Gel Compact
- Use your own cellphone to take images of your sample
- Overhead white and blue LED light
- Choice of UV Transilluminator (302 nm) or Visi-Blue™ transilluminator
- Maximum sample area 16.8 x 21 cm
- Four-position automated filter tray
- Broad band EtBr or Amber filter included (depending on the configuration)
- Filter and illumination control fully automated through VisionWorks mobile App (Bluetooth)
- Auto / manual focus and capture
- Cloud analysis (1D lanes / bands auto detection, area density analysis, colony counting, etc.)
- Result report in the App, can be shared via email
- Accessories: phone adapter/holder
- Optional accessories: Visi-White / Visi-Blue converter plate, range of emission filters
